Special Assistant to the President
Angie Rivera joined the Heron Foundation in 2021 lending her keen logistical talents and analytical skills to the organization as the Special Assistant to the President. Before joining the team, Angie worked at the Subway Franchise World Headquarters in a myriad of capacities, supporting key C-level executives and managing the local and national advertising board elections process. She was also a project coordinator at Bristol-Myers Squibb supporting the business controls function team responsible for the internal audit controls. Prior to that, she gained deep experience from her time at Clairol, coordinating complex logistics and delivering high level administrative support across the organization.
